Are They Worth It?
How much luck you have brought to your country cannot be underestimated. More so, you doubt it if there is someone who can do the task better more than you. But with the damage that these people are causing you, you ask yourself many times if it is worth it. You handed them over to God because you are convinced that these people are not worth the sacrifice. Now you know that not even a cheap artwork for sale, they deserve.
All the more that they benefit from you, all the more that they ask from and of you. You know yourself well. You are not someone to act. You will not trade your sincerity to create a good impression. You will not trade what is in your heart for hypocrisy. You were not put in the position to impress and act but to show how real life flows. You look at the people around you and from them you see “all the world’s, a stage” and you pity them and how undignified they are no matter refinement they show because people of dignity will not give in to anything like that. Yes, how much have you brought to your people? And how much damage they caused you? While doing so, how many greedy ones await for your catch? How many sharks await again for the opportunity that they will munch? How much more they would like you trampled down? How many more character attacks that they have prepared to justify what they have done and what they are still going to do? How much they have stuffed themselves at your expense? How they tried to make you just an affordable art but a cheap art.
And you told God, “these are the people whom I was so proud of”. It is not about speaking of a nation, per se. It is human nature. They used everyone they can use against you. They tried so hard to inflict pain on you using every media like internet. They used their artists and their arts to harass you when many of them you sent to fame. They were not satisfied. They tapped your communication and from there, they did their evil plot of using everyone against you. When you ignored them, they made it sure that such harassment will be coming from the people living close to you. And you asked yourself—what do these people want?
Years ago when your son was still a baby, big stars from all over the world tried to catch you online- Some in disguise; some for real. More so, the poems that you created were all over Hollywood’s films. But none of these things went over your head. You know all people are at par with one another. No one is behind. No one is ahead. You woke up one day that all these opportunities were well-taken advantage of in your country. You just smiled and said: good for them. You see them as original oil paintings and not just prints and replicas. And yet you were being harassed continuously and emotionally tortured. And you were wondering as to what do these people want? And the funny thing is that these people kept on telling you that they were for you. If that is the case, let God take charge. He knows everything perfectly. May 2012 be a year of divine justice to see who deserves such harassment and character attack. Let the people pretend and act. And as for you, cast curses and spread foul words all year round, IT DOES NOT MATTER! Let God take charge. Let God use nature.
